To amend the date of an existing delivery or to make a cancellation cannot be deal with online – you’ll need to contact our Customer Care Hotline at +6016-6667242.

We will not be able to amend or cancel a delivery after 9am on the day of dispatch
(e.g. contact us before 9am on Wednesday to cancel a delivery scheduled to be with you on Thursday).

Any changes in shipping address need to be done 1 day before delivery. Please ensure you are at home at the date and time of your scheduled delivery.
In the event where no one is home (to collect your order) at the date and time of your scheduled delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged for your rescheduled delivery.
