A1 – Cut the fish head only.

A2 – Cut 1/4 of the fish size.

A3 – Cut the fish into halves with head and tail remains.

A4 – Cut 3/4 of the fish size.

A5 – Tail removed.

A6 – Removal of intestine and stomach of the fish (gutted).
