DELIVERING YOUR SEAFOOD

We currently provides home delivery door to door service in limited areas of Klang Valley only.

Fresh seafood will be send by our dispatch to your doorstep within 24 – 48 hours from cut-off time (5:00pm).

To ensure the quality of our delivery, your goods are delivered in a temperature controlled below 40c for maximum freshness and safety.

To have your seafood delivered to a different address from your billing address, please provide a shipping address when checking out – We will do the rest.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges from Pantai Remis, Perak to your doorstep are only RM15 (KL) & RM20 (Outside KL) for each order up to 1kg with a maximum weight of 20kg/trip. We offer FREE DELIVERY SERVICE for orders over RM300, so why not ask friends and family if they’d like to share a seafood order?

AMENDING OR CANCELLING YOUR DELIVERY

To amend the date of an existing delivery or to make a cancellation cannot be dealt with online – you’ll need to contact our Customer Care Hotline at +6016-6667242.

We will not be able to amend or cancel a delivery after 9am on the day of dispatch (e.g. contact us before 9am on Wednesday to cancel a delivery scheduled to be with you on Thursday). Any changes in shipping address need to be done 1 day before delivery.

Please ensure you are at home at the date and time of your scheduled delivery.

*In the event where no one is home (to collect your order) at the date and time of your scheduled delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged for your rescheduled delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE ?

Please note: Daily order cut-off time is 5pm. For next delivery, we must receive your order by 5pm. For orders received after 5pm, orders will usually be processed the following day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME ?

HOW IS THE SEAFOOD PACKAGED FOR DELIVERY ?

Your seafood is bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All your fish will be packed. Once your fish has been packaged to keep it in prime condition we place it into a lined insulated polystyrene box. The fish is surrounded with ice to keep it cool and in perfect condition.

WHO IS THE DELIVERY COURIER ?

Our seafood will be send by our dispatch to deliver to all major cities and locations across Klang Valley for over 6 month and have always found them to be efficient, polite and deliver on time!
