HOW DO I KNOW THE FISH IS FRESH ?

There are some easy steps to understand if your fish is fresh!

– The Skin should be bright & shiny. Be wary of dull looking fish!
– The eyes should be clear & bulgy. Avoid the fish if the eyes are cloudy or sunken
– Fresh fish doesn’t smell sour or ammonia like. If it smells fresh it is fresh!
– You can check its gills too, if they are red it’s fresh, if its discolored or brown, avoid it!
– The fish fillet should be firm and shiny. Any milky appearance usually means a bad fish!
– The flesh of the fish when pressed should not sink in, it should immediately spring up! Touch the belly of the fish to see if it’s decently firm! A soft belly usually means a bad fish!

We packed your order in a plastic container to ease you for storage. We will clean (gutted & cut) before packaging.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER ?

The minimum order is 1kg in a single transaction.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER ?

You can place the order everyday from Monday to Sunday. But the order will be processed in 48 hours after the cut off time at 5pm everyday except for order on Friday & Saturday the order will be deliver on Tuesday.

HOW CAN I KNOW MY HOUSE IS IN DELIVERY LOCATION ?

Currently we provide home delivery for customers in Klang Valley area. You can check our delivery location here.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY DAYS AND TIMESLOTS ?

We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Delivery Timeslots:
1. Morning Slot (10am-2pm)
2. Afternoon Slot (2pm-6pm)
3. Evening Slot (6pm-10pm)

We will try to meet your preference, or offer a suitable alternative. We cannot however confirm a specific time of delivery within each timeslot.

CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER TO THE OFFICE ?

Yes. You can get your items shipped to you at work! Fill your workplace address in the shipping section. Please keep in mind that we only get an estimated time of delivery.We suggest that if the business closes before 5pm you ship your items to a residential address.

CAN YOU DELIVER ON THE SAME DAY WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED ?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I'M OUT WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED ?

We will contact you before the delivery to ensure you’re at home. Please avoid asking for your fish to be left with a neighbor unless you are absolutely sure they are at home.
